Our assistance packages are flexible and designed to fit any business's personal needs. Whether it's making sure your employees are getting paid on time or handling time-consuming administrative tasks, we can do it all! And our packages are flexible enough to meet any budget.

Client Onboarding

Upon expressing interest in our services, we offer the option of scheduling an initial consultation where we can discuss your requirements, business objectives, and the specific tasks you need assistance with. This consultation provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other better and understand your expectations, but please note that it is entirely optional. After the consultation, clients can proceed with the checkout process through our website or opt to receive an invoice. Once you book your spot, we will send you an onboarding packet within 24 hours. This packet will include essential information such as your schedule, service descriptions, preferred methods of communication, and more. We kindly ask you to read, sign, and return the onboarding packet to us at your earliest convenience.

Communication/Availability

We prefer to communicate primarily through email to ensure clear and documented communication. Our team will be available during the business hours we’ve agreed on to handle all of your virtual tasks. In case you need to schedule a meet with us during our time working together, I will send over a list of dates/times for you to choose from for us to have a phone call. Our availability and working hours are always changing based on our clients needs. Our free consultations are usually held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 4PM CST. Our working hours will depend on our clients needs and deadlines. Our work hours do not include holidays or Sundays.

Payment & Late Fees

To initiate services, please make 100% upfront payment via secure online checkout or email invoicing, valid for 2 hours. Flexible payment plans include a 50% initial payment at checkout, followed by bi-weekly payments. Monthly plans are exclusive to gold or larger packages. Late fees (5% daily) apply after 5 business days overdue, with potential contract termination. Your payment confirms understanding and agreement with our policy. Questions? Reach out. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA):

Engaging with [Your VIP Virtual Helper] implies a commitment to strict confidentiality. We'll safeguard sensitive information, limiting access to team members under confidentiality obligations. This agreement lasts throughout our partnership and (2) years post-termination. Prompt return or secure destruction of all copies of Confidential Information is expected at the partnership's end. Your acknowledgment and agreement with these terms, governed by Illinois laws, are implicit in proceeding with our business relationship.

cancellations & refunds

Cancellation is not encouraged as we might have already initiated your tasks. The contract term begins on the day both parties sign the onboarding contract and remains valid until the end date or until your allocated hours are exhausted. In the event of an emergency, contact us via email within 7 business days to request a cancellation and refund. A cancellation fee of 50% of the subtotal will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Failure to adhere to this process may result in no refund being issued.

rush fees

For tasks due within 2-7 business days, a $25-50 rush fee applies, payable upfront to secure commitment. Quick email communication is essential, with responses after hours addressed the next business day. Delays may impact project timelines. Rush orders entail simplified onboarding, excluding consultations unless highly requested and feasible. Rush orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once approved. Unforeseen delays may lead to a rush fee refund within 3-10 business days. Clients must sign an acknowledgment form to confirm their understanding and acceptance.
